tandoori chicken!!

Recipe:

1. Firstly truss the chicken with an appropriate thread, I dint have any so I soaked 2 wooden skewers in water and used that to fasten the legs and wings of the chicken against its body.
2. Then I made deep incisions on the chickens body.
3. Now in a bowl I took 2tbsp of yogurt, salt, red chilli powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, pinch of red color and tandoori masala. Marinated the chicken in this marinade overnight.
4. Inserted the chicken in the rotisserie rod, secured it and grilled at 180c until the juices run clear. It takes about 40-60mins per kg of chicken. If you are using grill rack, then oil the grate well and keep flipping the chicken every 15 minutes.

I also put 2 pods of garlic and half an onion inside the body cavity of the chicken to add extra flavor.
