CHOCOLATE MINT MILKSHAKE

A cool, refreshing milkshake that will have you craving for more. all you need is milk, vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, and a few drops of some peppermint extract.
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1 drop peppermint extract
In a blender, combine ice cream, milk, chocolate syrup and peppermint extract. blend until smooth. pour into glasses and serve.

Blackberry Dessert Milkshake

Ingredients:

Milk - 1/2 cup
Fresh blackberries - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Vanilla ice cream - 4 scoops
Ice cubes - 2

Method:

1. Place ice cubes in a blender and process a few seconds to crush.
2. Keep away 4 of the blackberries for garnishing and add the remaining berries to blender along with the sugar.
3. Puree until smooth.
4. Add ice cream and milk and blend until smooth.
5. Pour into 2 tall pre-chilled glasses and garnish with the reserved berries.

Instant chocolate milkshake

No hard and fast recipe:

milk about 2 cup
sugar 2-3 tbsp

chocolate a little
 ice cubes

 blend all .... Serve it chill ..... :)

Oreo Cookie Shake

Ingredients:

3 Cups Vanilla Ice Cream
1 1/2 cups Milk
8 Oreo Cookies

Directions:

Combine Ice Cream + Milk in a blender - low speed.

Break Oreo cookies while adding them to a blender., for 5-10 seconds or until Oreo are mostly pureed, but a few larger ones remain :)

Mix with a spoon if necessary to help combine cookies.

Serve: Chilled

Makes 2 tall Glasses :)

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Split - Smoothie

This is getting quite popular at my place :) do try!!!

INGREDIENTS:

MAKE 1 & 1/2 GLASS depends on your glass size - this is a tall glass so it makes 1 full glass and one small glass :)

1 Banana (peel and freeze the banana wrapped in wax paper)
250 ml Chocolate milk (chilled)
2 tbsp Peanut butter
1 tbsp Honey or sugar
8 Ice cubes

Directions:

Pour the 250ml of chocolate milk into the blender. Add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and a tablespoon of honey.

Remove the banana from the freezer, unwrap and add to the blender. Then add about 8 ice cubes.

Blend until the mixture is smooth, or the consistency you'd like.

Serve with Whip cream and drizzle sum chocolate syrup on top

HOT CHOCOLATE

Method:

In a small sauce pan, combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa powder and 1/2 cup water, stir pretty regularly while bringing to a boil.
Add in just a few grindings of sea salt and boil for 2 minutes. Keep stirring.
In a separate pan, warm up 4 mugs of milk and 1/2 of a half pint of whipping cream. Stir the cocoa mixture into the milk and let it warm together.

In a cold metal pan, whip the rest of the whipping cream, making ha consistency you need to pour over hot chocolate.

Pour a few drops of vanilla extract into each mug and then add in the hot chocolate, stir together. Top with whip cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.

cold coffee

Ingredients:

milk 1/2 kg
coffee 3 tbsp
sugar 5 tbsp
chocolate ice cream 4 cups
Milk powder 4 tbsp


Method:

1: boil milk along with milk powder and add sugar
cook till it becomes thick in consistency
2: dissolve coffee in half cup Luke warm water
then add in milk and blend them
3: then put the milk in fridge
after 1 hour take it out and again blend them
4: then add ice cream in it and garnish with chocolate chip (optional)

Pina Colada Mousse

Ingredients

Pineapple juice 1 cup
Gelatin 2 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Yogurt ½ cup
Condensed milk ½
Tetra pack cream 1 packet
Coconut essence ½ tsp
Desiccated Coconut 3 tbsp
Pineapple finely chopped 1 cup


Method:

Take chilled pineapple juice and sprinkle gelatin over it when it swells up ,microwave for 30 secs stir and bring it to pouring consistency , take Pineapple finely chopped 1 cup, add in ½ cup yogurt, ½ tin condensed milk, also add dissolve gelatin and juice mixture , 1 packet cream, ½ tsp essence, 3 essence, 3 tbsp desiccated coconut.
Blend all well for 1 minute.
Remove in serving bowl.
Chill till firm.
Decorate & serve with fresh cream.

OREO MCFLURRY

Ingredients and Method:

2 cups of vanilla ice cream
¼ cup of milk

Chill a bowl and a serving glass or glasses in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Remove from the freezer – add the crushed crunchy ingredients or the frozen crushed candy to the bowl first.( i just used Oreo)
Crush by putting in a bag or between wax paper and roll over with a rolling pin to get chunky shards. Don’t overdo it and make them too small.
Add the ice cream and milk then mix.

Put in the chilled glass and eat with a spoon.

additional Ingredients you can add (more or less as you desire):

1 chilled and crushed Butterfingers bar.
2 chilled and crushed Reese’s Peanut Butter cups
M&Ms – 1 mega tube of M&M minis or ¼ cup.
Reese’s Pieces – ¼ cup
Oreo (or any other type of cookie) 3 cookies

Date Milkshake

Method:


Take some dates and remove pits, put them in a pot with some water and boil, just enough to soften them.Put the dates with a little bit of water left in a blender and add some milk, no need to add sugar because the dates are sweet. Blend and serve cold.
