Thin crust pizza

For the dough-

3 cups plain flour
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 cup Luke warm water
1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp dried yeast

Method-

Add sugar and yeast in the Luke warm water and leave in closed place for around 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile add the flour, oil and salt in a large bowl and mix.
Then add the water mixture with the flour mixture and knead it until soft... (Keep it covered for at least 1 hour or more until it rises)
Then divide it into two equal parts and roll them into a flat circle(make it thin but not too thin like roti)
Then spread the sauce you like.I used Kimball (Basil and Garlic Spaghetti Sauce) or just make your own.
Top with your favorite toppings and shredded mozzarella cheese.I used chicken and chopped capsicums(three colors)
Bake in a preheated oven (180f) for 20-25 mins until the crust turns light golden-brown!
