Ingredients:
cauliflower- 200g
broccoli-200g
plain flour- 3 table spoon
oil- 2 tablespoon
milk -500g
chicken powder- 1 table spoon
cheddar cheese- 1 cup
mozzarella cheese- 1 cup
water- less than half cup
Method:
steam the vegetable for literally 2 mins, then keep them aside. prepare the white sauce by heating oil and mixing plain flour to it leaving no lumps now heat milk and add chicken powder in it and slowly add the mixture to oil and plain flour , stirring at all times. once you get a thin custard consistency switch the heat off and add half a cup of mozzarella and cheddar cheese and stir well. then on a Pyrex lay the vegetables and pour white sauce over it and sprinkle the remaining cheese (cheddar and mozzarella). preheat the oven for 20 mins at 220c then bring down to 180 and bake for 20-25 mins or until u see golden brown top :)
