garlic bread 8 pieces
1 cup chicken boneless cubes
1/4 cup roughly chopped spring onions
1/4 cup roughly chopped bell pepper (any color)
1/4 cup roughly chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup Leicester cheese grated
1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
Method:
Cook the boneless chicken cubes over a low flame with a tbsp of soy sauce and a tsp of vinegar, add salt and pepper to taste and 1/4 tsp of oregano. add all the roughly chopped veggie when the chicken is tender... saute and set aside to cool...
put some on each slice of garlic bread... i use Salisbury's garlic bread... and then sprinkle with a little bit of both cheese.... grill in the oven for 15 minutes or till crispy... 200 C (oven NOT fan assisted)
