1/2 Kg okra
1cup yogurt
ginger garlic paste 1tsp
cumin powder 1tsp (very important)
garam masala powder 1tsp
mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
curry leaves 8-10 leaves
green chillies 3-4
salt to taste
oil as required
Method:
Cut okra into small pieces like v do for frying,then lightly fry them in little oil.Keep them aside.
Take 1 cup yogurt,add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder & garam masala powder.Mix them well & keep aside.
Take a oil in the pan,add mustard,curry leaves & slitted green chillies.Then add yogurt mixture let it get little boil and then lastly add okra.Keep it for 5-8 min as okra is little bit fried.
