Ingredients:
1 TBS - Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp - salt
One Onion - Coarsely Chopped
2 Black Cardamoms - Seeds only
3 Green Cardamoms - Seeds only
4-5 cloves
7-8 Black Pepper Corns
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp - Crushed Red Peppers
1 tsp - Red Chili Powder
1 tsp - Paprika Powder
1 tsp - Roasted Coriander Seeds powder
1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
1/2 cup of water
250 gms - Yogurt
1 tsp - Minced Garlic Cloves
1 tsp - Roasted Cumin Powder
DIRECTIONS:
1. Marinate chicken mince with GingerGarlic paste and salt and set aside.
2. Heat the oil with cardamom seeds, cloves and black pepper corns. Add onion and saute till transparent. Add mince meat marinate.
3. Add red peppers, coriander powder and garam masala and cook well till the masalas are cooked through and juices run clear. Make it slightly salsa once cooked with 1/2 cup of water and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Whisk together yogurt, mince garlic and cumin powder. Set aside.
5. Take the chicken off the stove and gently fold the raita (yogurt). Do not over mix, only lightly fold it.
6. Garnish with green chilies and fresh coriander leaves. Serve with hot naans.
