Spicy cheese kofta curry


Ingredients:


for koftas
cheese- 250 g grated
1 egg
salt- two pinches
garam masala powder- 1 tablespoon
red chili powder - 1/2 tablespoon
roasted gram flour- 2 tablespoons
baking powder- half teaspoon
coriander- 2 table spoon
chilies- two finely chopped

add all the ingredients and make firm round koftas, deep fry them and keep aside (make sure the oil is very hot when u fry ,keep turning , and immediately take off. leave on a kitchen paper while u prepare the curry.

ingredients:
 

 onion- 3 medium
yogurt- 3 tablespoon
bay leave- 2
cloves- 4-5
black pepper corn -4-5
salt- as desired
chili powder- as desired
coriander powder- 1 table spoon
garam masala- half teaspoon
nutmeg and mace powder- half teaspoon
coriander for garnishing
chili for aroma.

method:

saute the onion and once golden brown , make a paste with yogurt and keep aside in the same oil add , bay leaves, cloves, black pepper corn the the powdered spices and little water, once cooked add the onion and yogurt paste then mix well. then finally add the cheese koftas and move the pan in circular movement coasting the koftas well, now add 2 cups of water or more if you want more gravy and let is cook for 5-10 mins covered. once u reach the desired consistency then add coriander and chilies and cover the lit.

serve with roti.

make sure you add little less salt than usual, because cheese itself is a bit salty.
