PEPPER CHICKEN STEAK WITH CREAMY MUSHROOM SAUCE

Ingredients:

2 Fillets chicken Breast (boneless)
Marinate with:
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Mustard paste
1/4 tsp Garlic paste
1 tbsp Onion chopped

CREAMY MUSHROOM SAUCE


Ingredients:



1 tbsp Plain flour+ 1/2 cup Water + 2 tbsp Fresh Cream (mix together)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp HP sauce
2 tbsp Mushrooms (sliced) - lightly saute them...
Crushed black pepper to sprinkle on top.

METHOD:

Marinate chicken breasts with salt, pepper, mustard and garlic paste for half hour...

Heat oil add onions and slightly brown add in marinated breast and fry on both sides till done.

In a separate saucepan on medium heat.
cook flour, mixed with water and Worcestershire sauce, hp sauce and fresh cream. (make sure u mix the flour with water first to avoid lumps) Keep stirring to avoid lumps :)
Stir well till sauce is thick add in mushrooms.

Place chicken breast on serving plate.

Pour sauce on top.
Sprinkle coarsely crushed black pepper and serve with french fries :)
