chopped garlic ginger,green chillies and celery | as required | |
corn flour mixed in a little stock or water | tbsp | 2. 1/2 |
hot vegetable stock | cup | 6 |
mixture of finely | tbsp | 2 |
oil | tbsp | 2 |
salt and pepper | to taste | |
small cubes of mushrooms | cup | 3/4 |
soya sauce | tbsp | 1 |
Direction: | ||
1. Heat oil and saute the mixture of garlic, ginger, green chillies and celery for a minute.Add the cubed vegetables and saute for 2 minutes. 2. Add soya sauce, hot vegetables stock, Chinese salt and salt and pepper to taste. Bring the soup to a boil. Add the prepared corn flour to thicken the soup. stir well and bring to a boil. serve hot. Chilli vinegar or sweet and sour green sauce can be added to the soup to make it more spicy. | ||
