Manchow Soup

Ingredients:

 
Chinese salt

tsp

1/2

carrots french beans and cabbage





chopped garlic ginger,green chillies and celery

as required



corn flour mixed in a little stock or water

tbsp

hot vegetable stock

salt and pepper

to taste



small cubes of mushrooms

soya sauce

Direction:
 
1. Heat oil and saute the mixture of garlic, ginger, green chillies and celery for a minute.Add the cubed vegetables and saute for 2 minutes.
2. Add soya sauce, hot vegetables stock, Chinese salt and salt and pepper to taste. Bring the soup to a boil. Add the prepared corn flour to thicken the soup. stir well and bring to a boil. serve hot. Chilli vinegar or sweet and sour green sauce can be added to the soup to make it more spicy.
